The longer I've worked in communications, the more I've realized the hardest challenges are often helping leaders make sense of complex situations, earn trust and communicate with clarity when expectations are high and every message and moment carries weight.

That's the work I've been fortunate to do throughout my career. I've advised CEOs through rapid transformation, executive transitions, acquisitions, major partnerships and other defining moments, while building communications functions and leading global teams across North America and Japan.

What I enjoy most is helping leaders think through what needs to be said, what doesn't and how communication can strengthen trust with employees, customers and other stakeholders.
