Hi, I’m Stephanie Roberts. I’m a global communications leader whose perspective was shaped by four years living and working in Japan.
I am a global communications leader with experience leading corporate communications across the United States, Europe and Asia. Most recently, I spent four years in Tokyo as the first inbound international assignee at Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems, where I built and led the company’s global communications function from the ground up.

That experience changed the way I think about leadership, communication and working across cultures. Today, I continue to work across global teams and business environments, bringing together perspectives from both the U.S. and Japan.
